Our process
Our manufacturing process begins with an on-site survey of the project location. From this we can create a CAD drawing to present to the client and make edits as necessary.
Once the design has been agreed, we then schedule manufacturing of the staircase using our precision CNC machining centre and skilled craftsmen. Throughout the
process the client is kept up to date with production.

Example project:
Designed, manufactured and installed by SM Bespoke Joinery.
Consists of solid European oak throughout the hole staircase. Designed in house with CAD drawings and presented to the client.
Extra attention to detail with increased tread thickness with a small round nosing to create a chunkier look. Solid oak newel posts with chamfered tops and stop chamfered oak spindles to match. Bottom double bullnose to give an open feel as soon as you walk through the door. Solid Oak bead and butt underside to finish off.
